Great Location with Convenient Amenities
We enjoyed our stay with a family of four. The highlight was the delicious spicy dumplings in the same building. The staff went out of their way to assist us, especially with our grandmother's needs. A very accessible location for exploring Taipei!

We visited the underground mall next door, which had tons of food options and shops. The kids loved trying the local delicacies, and the hotel was super convenient for getting around the city. Plus, the spacious family room was perfect for our needs!
My kids wished there were more dresser options for storage.

Perfect for family trips
The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. Plus, the free snacks at the pantry were constantly refilled, which kept the kids happy between meals.
Not exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

I loved the cozy balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the city wake up, and they even had a laundry room that made it super convenient to refresh my clothes. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring! Just a heads up, the shower curtain could use some attention, but it didn’t really take away from my enjoyment. ☕

I had a great time at Eastin! The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of convenience stores were nearby, perfect for quick snacks. The room felt cozy, even though it was small, and the shared bathroom was clean since there weren't many people around. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, sound insulation could definitely use improvement. I could hear noise from the corridor at night, which affected my sleep a bit. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the iconic Taipei 101 and enjoyed the local night markets. The hotel was in a prime location, close to great restaurants and the metro, making travel super convenient. The room we stayed in was clean, and the common areas had coffee machines for fresh brews. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!
One downside was the noise from the corridor, especially late at night. It could be quite disruptive if you're a light sleeper like I am.

A solid choice for comfort, this place boasts clean rooms equipped with nice L’occitane bath amenities. The location is prime, with immediate access to two MRT stations, and there are numerous shopping and dining options nearby, including the East Metro Mall under the hotel.
Slightly annoying is the noise from the corridors, especially if your room is near common areas. you'll hear plenty of chatter and coffee machine use at all hours. The breakfast options could use a sprucing up, as the cold food served pales in comparison to nearby local eateries, making you rethink your morning meal choices. Finally, although there’s a washing machine and dryer available, the dryer’s inconsistent performance means you might find yourself dealing with damp laundry.

I loved the cozy design of the hotel, especially the lounge area on the 14th floor where I could enjoy freshly brewed coffee at any time. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transport for senior guests.
Improved soundproofing for senior guests would be helpful.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in the Deluxe Double Room with a view of Taipei 101, and I absolutely loved it! The room was spacious with a cozy corner and a large window offering stunning views of Taipei 101. The bathroom had a big, modern bathtub which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel is strategically located near metro stations, which made getting around easy. There's no shortage of local eateries right nearby.
Soundproofing could be improved.
